We found a fun craft to do from Family Fun magazine. We built treehouses. This was So. Much. Fun! I bought what I thought to be a big bag of balsa wood and a bag of tongue depressors to go with what I thought was a ton of hot glue. We gathered the sticks for the "trees" and drilled a little hole in some scrap wood and then started gluing.

You posted again! Yay! I've been going through Delena withdrawl. : ) So, where do I buy a bag of Balsa wood? AWESOME PROJECT!
These are so cool! I want to come over and see the life size one when it's all finished.
Your kids might ne jelouse of all the lowes projects, but Zoe toataly loved those tree houses. I am definitely going to have to do that one with her.
Love it!!!
What a great project! Looks like they had a blast!
You have put a great effort for the kids to complete their model. That is the kind of dedication that would have good influences on kids. Great job and great parenting.
