Chub Club Update

Three pounds! Woo hoo! I'm thrilled with losing three lbs in a week. I think I'll go for another week. Makes me want to start exercising now :)

Come to the gym with me sometime...I'm still looking for some good company there. I've been exercising but I haven't lost any weight yet! It would probably help if I didn't eat so much. Good work on losing 3 lbs.!

wow three pounds! that is great! I have a a weight loss goal, even a really great reward for myself if I make it but still no pounds lost :( i am pretty sure the pounds of easter candy laying around are not helping.

I'm inspired by you and have just signed up for an 8 week course at that new all Womans Gym "Butterfly Life" I felt drawn to it since our retreat. I can't commit myself to a year, but I can commit to an 8 week program. It's weekly classes, circut training, plus a meal plan with recipes.
I start on Tuesday. I'll let you know!
